How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
You should receive a confirmation email in your inbox once you have successfully checked out.
How long will it take for dispatch?
Orders without made to order products are processed within 24 hours and then dispatched. If the orders are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday they will be dispatched on the next business day.
Orders with made to order products are processed within 2 - 3 business days and then dispatched.
What are iPalmFit’s shipping time frames?

What is your return policy?

Can I cancel or update my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
